Though he is approaching 30 years in real estate, Richard learned his biggest lesson early in his career—success in this industry comes from determination, persistence, and unwavering dedication to the client. He has followed these key principles ever since. His experience has awarded him numerous merits, including becoming a Multi-Million Producer for Long & Foster, as well as receiving the A. Kenton Muhleman, Jr. Scholarship Award. However, despite his accolades, Richard prides himself most on the relationships he has made throughout his career.

During his 35 years in Richmond, Richard became a long-time member and volunteer at the Rotary Club of Richmond. When he is not busy helping his clients or volunteering his time, you can find him preparing his famous homemade brisket and smoked ribs or enjoying a round of golf with friends.
